International Agent for Architectural Design Firms
We are the organizers for the Japan International Architectural Design Center (JIAC) that coordinates international projects for selected Japanese architects. In addition to coordinating their international design projects, JIAC also handles high-end building materials of excellent quality created by Japanese technology and traditional craftsmanship. In 2020, we opened a large-scale showroom in China to introduce the works of JIAC architect members. We will also strengthen our activities in coordinating design requests from Japan for architects and interior designers around the world, enhancing our international services to become a portal for architecture in Japan.

Our services in managing international projects for JIAC have given us the idea to launch the inap2 platform. It is an online platform for architectural, interior, and construction firms that can be used from anywhere in the world. Architecture will have no boundaries with inap2. Anyone, anywhere should be able to request a high-quality design from a designer of their choice without being limited by location or language. Designers should also be able to work on projects anywhere in the world. With perseverance we continue to develop the necessary elements for this platform to realize architecture with no boundaries.

Our services are not just for human beings.
ペットのおうち (petto no o uchi: a home for pets) is an online animal rescue platform launched in 2011, widely known in Japan as the largest online service that finds homes for animals (mainly for dogs and cats). Our web and mobile application service together have over 3 million users a month. In the past 10 years, the number of pets that have found a home through our platform has reached over 180,000 animals. ペットのおうち represents our combined strength in creating an IT solution and branding strategy.
When we started approx. 300,000 animals were scheduled to be euthanized. The current number of animals, although still large, has decreased to approx. 20,000 in 2020.

ペットのおうちwas awarded a trophy and certificate by an event where Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga was the presenter, for the following outstanding achievements:
